HEALTHY SKIN TIP
Many have suffered from frustrating and embarrassing acne including myself. We go through trying out different products without really knowing which is best for our skin. I've learned that you need to know the kind of skin you have. By that I mean knowing if you have oily, dry, sensitive e.t.c type of skin. This decreases the amount of different products you may use to find whats best for you.
From doing a lot of research and reading reviews, the best option is always NATURAL PRODUCTS! NO harsh chemical sulfates, parabens, petrolatum, dyes and phthalates. Things like Bio-nutrients, which is found in nature (and in your own skin) helps promote healthy skin. Try to look for products that have rich natural oils and anti-oxidant extract leafs such as mint. Mint is very invigorating and it helps remove acne naturally without side effects.
To avoid over-washing or drying out your skin from a daily wash, here are 2 tips on how to do so.
- Try to stick with only using your facial cleansers at night when your skin has been subject to daily stressors .
- Just use lukewarm, NOT HOT and a soft washcloth in the morning to clean your face !
Also , always remember to beat the heat and drink plenty of water, at least half your body weight in ounces !
